Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email, phone, business name, and a hashed password.
• Business data you enter — your customers, jobs, schedules, prices, and notes.
• Location — only while you use the app, to map your stops and plan a route. We do not track you in the background.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Photos — only the ones you choose to attach to a job.
• Usage — basic, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the product.

How we use it

To run the service for you: schedule and track jobs, take bookings, send the reminders you turn on, process payments, and support your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the product work, each handling data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payments and payouts.
• Twilio — text-message reminders and booking texts (when enabled).
• Supabase — secure database.
• Vercel, Fly.io, Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized product analytics on our marketing site.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app — this permanently removes your account and its data. You can also turn reminders, photos, and other features on or off in Settings, or email us to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Security & retention

Passwords are hashed; data is encrypted in transit. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where we must retain records (for example, payment records) to meet legal obligations.

Children

The app is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
